The Beet Carrot Ginger booch was enticingly tart with beet on the front end with a strong ginger finish and just a hint of carrot to round out the mix…. We come to Palmer every week to help at STRIDE and have stopped here several times. The booch is always great and the service friendly. We will be back. “ THE BEST KOMBUCHA I'VE EVER HAD! A kombucha that was not only palatable but delicious! I didn't like kombucha until I came here. I would always try it, but it would be too vinegary and sour. I did a flight and my favorite kombucha was the crow berry. I liked it so much, I got two small bottles to take back to my hotel. Five stars! Highly recommend. I'd go back.
